This is Goodbye

This is Goodbye

Dear Bravanna Community,

Today I come to you with an announcement that I didn't want to make, but as time has gone on, I have decided it is time to share some important information with you.

After much thought and consideration, it is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that

Bravanna is closing forever on the 1st of May 2026.

It's with great sadness that I have to write this email to say my goodbyes to you, the shop, and the mission.

The closure wasn't an easy decision to make. After much rumination and workarounds, this is unfortunately the step I have to take for Bravanna. Over the past year, I have had the most joyful time creating this company, sharing it with the world, and building a community that I'm still so fond of. This was not what I had planned, but sometimes things don't work out the way you dreamt them up to be.

Admitting failure is never easy, but in this case there is very little failure to admit. I followed my heart, I shared my mission with passion, I created a community of kind-hearted people, I had the right idea in mind, and I had the guts to take a stand and spread the word. At the end of this journey there is nothing I would do differently, as my true failures lie within measures that I have no control over. If I were given the chance to do it again, I would.

In true Bravanna fashion, I will be fully transparent with the true cause of this closing. As with everything in this world, the issue lies with money. I was not able to reach enough people or have enough people care or join our movement, so much so that at the very end I was not able to continue this any longer without going ahead and sacrificing my last savings and mental health. It deeply saddens me that I failed to gather a big enough interest to gather enough money to keep this company alive and donations high.

But

I choose to believe that it had nothing to do with my immense efforts, my designs, my products, or the way I communicated it.

I choose to believe it had nothing to do with the idea that people don't care, that people don't actually want peace, that people don't want to spread kindness, or that people don't want true authentic human connection to grow stronger.

I choose to believe that there is already so much kindness in this world taking place in people's hearts, minds, and daily lives that Bravanna simply wasn't needed to help people see, find, and practice active acts of kindness.

Thank you for taking part in Bravanna's and my journey.

Thank you for your support and endless amount of kindness.

Thank you for being here,

Carolina Diener

Trying your best is more than enough.
