Return Policy

1. General Return Information

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. If an item does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, you may take advantage of our return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

2. Return Period & Conditions

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
  • Items must be unopened, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or have missing tags may only be partially refunded or rejected.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or specially manufactured products are excluded from returns.
  • Digital products and downloadable content cannot be refunded once the download or usage has started.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@bravanna.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Items you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helps us improve our service)
    Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide you with further return instructions.

IMPORTANT:
Please note that we do not accept unpaid return shipments. Ensure your package is sufficiently prepaid.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a proven defect or an error on our part.
  • For orders within Germany, we will cover return shipping costs if the total order value is €150 or more.
  • For returns from outside Germany, the customer bears the shipping costs regardless of order value.

6. Refund & Processing Time

  • Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds to a different payment method are not possible.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If an item is returned damaged or used, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund or reject the refund entirely.

7. Exchanges & Replacements

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@bravanna.com so we can find a solution.

8. Special Cases & Exceptions

  • Missing items: If an item is missing from your order, please inform us within 7 days of receipt via email.
  • Defective or damaged items: Please send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number so we can offer a quick resolution.
  • Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the parcel, we can only resend it after the customer covers the additional shipping costs.
